Sue joined Equity in 1982 after 5 years as a systems/methods analyst at Georgia Power and 2 years as a full-time mom. She is a graduate of the Georgia State University business school with a BBA in Management. As Equity's vice president, her responsibilities focus on sales and service to over seventy Georgia Power/Southern Company locations. She has worked in a variety of positions, including accounting assistant, receptionist and sales assistant. Sue is the mother of two young men, Rick of the Baltimore Orioles baseball organization and Jon, who is attending college. She is the daughter of Bob Parris, Equity's founder.
