Scott joined Equity in 1999 and now heads Equity's Tool Division, which markets tools, safety equipment, supplies and test equipment. He brings a wealth of personal experience in the utility industry to Equity. His father, Arnold Morgan, worked for Altec Industries for many years and Scott still hears new and interesting stories about those experiences as he makes his rounds with Equity. Scott has utility experience with Memphis Light, Gas and Water where he assembled, tested, and repaired power transformers, working his way up to a crew-leader position. Later, Scott moved to sales himself with an eight-year stint at Altec selling utility construction and maintenance equipment. Scott and his wife, Jennifer, live in Jasper. He has a daughter, Tracy, and a son, Christopher.
