Penny has over four decades of electrical industry experience including 15 years at Southwire, eight years with The Okonite Company, nearly three years of turnkey substation packaging with Aubrey Silvey Enterprises and 10 years with Equity in November 2007. He is a West Georgia College graduate with a BS in Business Administration. His primary role is account manager at Equity's IOU & G&T accounts along with several key contractor accounts serving the IOU & G&T market. Penny is a native Georgian and is married to the former Johnnie Young of Monroe, Georgia.
